Pharmacokinetics and dosing

Controlled studies examining the influence of sex on clonazepam pharmacokinetics have not been conducted [1]. No studies with a clinically relevant sex analysis regarding the dosing of clonazepam have been found.

Effects

Effectiveness of clonazepam in the treatment of panic disorder has been studied in clinical trials. Subgroup analysis did not indicate that there were any differences in treatment outcomes as a function of race or sex [1].

Adverse effects

No studies with a clinically relevant sex analysis regarding adverse effects of clonazepam have been found.
